- Purpose: We use YouTube API Services to schedule posts, retrieve analytics, and manage video content.

- Data Retention: YouTube-related data cached by our service is refreshed every 24 hours and deleted within 30 days of account disconnection or termination.

3.2 Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Purpose: Enables posting, ad management, and audience insights.
- Compliance: We adhere to Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

3.3 TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
- Purpose: Scheduling content and analyzing performance.
- Data Usage: We do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we use it for surveillance purposes. We only access the minimum scopes required for content management.
4. AI Data Usage & Transparency
RevenuePost incorporates AI tools (e.g., OpenAI) to enhance content creation. We prioritize user control over data used by these models.
4.1 AI Processing
- AI models process your content to generate suggestions, captions, or optimizations.
- No Training by Default: Your data is NOT used to train third-party AI models unless you explicitly opt-in to personalized model training features in your account settings.
- Data Anonymization: Where possible, we strip personally identifiable information before sending prompts to AI partners.
