3. Manual Data Deletion Requests

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to make a manual request, you can contact us directly:

Please provide the email address associated with your account. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.

When you delete your account, we prioritize the immediate removal of your personal and social data. However, in accordance with legal requirements and platform policies, we handle data retention as follows:

  • Social Data: All OAuth tokens, social media content, and cached analytics are purged within 48 hours. We do not retain any “shadow” copies of your social media data.
  • Legal & Financial Records: If you have made payments to RevenuePost, we are legally required to retain certain transaction records (e.g., invoices, VAT/tax details) for a period of time to comply with accounting and tax regulations.
  • Fraud & Security: We may retain a cryptographic hash of your email address to prevent the abuse of our referral systems or to enforce previous bans. This hash does not allow us to identify you or contact you.
  • Isolation: Any data retained for legal purposes is strictly isolated from our operational systems and is never used for marketing, analytics, or profiling.

Once the legal retention period expires, this data is automatically and permanently purged from our archives.
