Yes! RevenuePost is fully optimized for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile browsers. You can manage your content, approve drafts, and check analytics seamlessly from any device without needing to download a separate app.

Does RevenuePost support team collaboration and multiple workspaces?
Yes! RevenuePost is built for collaboration. You can create multiple Workspaces to keep different brands or clients organized. Within each workspace, you can invite team members with specific roles:
- Owners & Editors: Can create, schedule, and publish content directly.
- Contributors: Can create drafts and “Request Approval” from editors.
We also include Private Team Notes on every post, allowing your team to communicate, provide feedback, and approve content all in one place.
Can I set custom thumbnails for videos?
Yes. For video platforms like YouTube and Instagram, you can upload Custom Video Thumbnails directly from the composer. This ensures your content looks professional and engaging in feeds before it’s even played.
How many social media profiles can I link to my account?
The number of social profiles (channels) you can connect depends on your plan. Our Creator plan allows for up to 5 channels per workspace, while the Business plan supports up to 12 channels per workspace. A “channel” refers to any single connected account, such as an Instagram Business profile, a Facebook Page, or a TikTok account.
Additionally, the Creator plan includes 5 workspaces, while the Business plan includes 10 workspaces, allowing you to organize multiple brands or clients with separate channel allocations for each.
Do I need to provide my social media passwords to RevenuePost?
No, never. We use secure OAuth industry standards to connect to your social media accounts. This means you authorize RevenuePost to post on your behalf through the official platform (like Facebook or LinkedIn) without ever sharing your login credentials with us. You can revoke this access at any time through your social media account settings.
Troubleshooting
Why can’t I see my Facebook or Instagram pages when connecting?
This usually happens if permissions were not fully granted during the initial connection. When you authorize RevenuePost on Facebook, ensure you select “Select All” for the Pages you want to manage.
If you missed this step, you can fix it by going to your Facebook Business Integrations settings, removing the RevenuePost app, and then reconnecting it from your RevenuePost dashboard. Be sure to approve all requested permissions to ensure full visibility.
Pricing & Billing
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund window. If you find that RevenuePost isn’t the right fit for you within the first 7 days of your subscription, simply contact support for a full refund—no questions asked.
Do you have a fair usage policy?
Yes. To prevent abuse and ensure a high-quality experience for all our users, refunds may not be processed if you have scheduled more than 5 posts during the trial period. This policy helps us protect our system resources while still giving you ample opportunity to test the platform’s capabilities.
